Project Case Study

Viridian Beenleigh

Staying in their existing building, this client chose to refurbish rather than relocate - presenting an opportunity to completely reimagine their front-of-house experience without any constraints of the original fitout. The design transforms a once-static entryway into a dynamic, multi-functional space that better reflects the company’s evolving culture and ways of working.

An open kitchen, breakout zones, a client lounge, and visibility to the back of house area were introduced to maximise usability and encourage spontaneous collaboration. By working within the existing building, the design carefully balanced what could be retained with what needed to evolve - resulting in a space that feels fresh, purposeful, and aligned with the client’s values.

Brand identity is subtly expressed through a fresh, textured material palette and the strategic use of branding colours to define zones and guide flow throughout the open plan environment. The result is a cohesive, welcoming environment that supports connection, productivity, and a more human workplace experience - all while making the most of what was already there.
