Conduct a Quality Assurance review to mitigate risk of design variation during construction. Facilitate the tender process, including submission reviews, contractor evaluations, and value management. Assist with building permit acquisitions and contractor engagement, preparing for construction.

Lead PCG meetings, perform weekly site inspections for quality control, and review contractor submissions. Respond to RFIs during construction, ensuring design integrity and compliance.
